Levels of Time Complexity

Our universe is on of many in a certain time complexity level, which is  -  I believe  -  about half way from the simplest to the supposed Nirvana, which is the most complex level. The less complex levels have time that is faster than ours. This makes the universes in them be advanced in that sort of a way, though less in a complexity way. The Nirvana Universe has slower and more complex time than any other in this ourseries of complexity levels.
